Martin Heydon, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine was in Tipperary today, Thursday February 12, to turn the sod on the new Tipperary All-Weather Track, a significant milestone which marks the beginning of the re-development project that will greatly enhance racing infrastructure in the region.
