HRI Racecourses Ltd is the arm of Horse Racing Ireland responsible for the running of its owned racecourses. Leopardstown, Navan, Fairyhouse and Tipperary Racecourses operate under this umbrella structure. Leopardstown also has a golf and property division.

The mission of HRI Racecourses Ltd is to create vibrant business units operating on a commercial business model allowing each track to benefit from income streams directly linked to attendance, betting, sponsorship and non-raceday activities, while ensuring that HRI racecourses strive to be best-in-class in terms of quality of racing and customer experience. This is achieved through understanding and improving the customer experience, enhancing the quality of the racing product with particular emphasis on the fixture list, racing programme and pricing while at the same time continuing on a programme of upgrading racecourse facilities for all stakeholders.

Each on-site team comprises of a racecourse manager, marketing, course upkeep and facilities maintenance with centralised support from head office.
