The client accounts department is made up of a small team of individuals who combine their passion for business and racing.
The team are responsible for the collection and distribution of over €56 million in prizemoney to over 8,000 active clients including, owners, trainers, jockeys, valets and agents.
The department is manned from 8:30am – 5:00pm each day with cover during lunch hours.
All prizemoney and associated entry, declaration and riding fees are processed automatically to accounts. Prizemoney is held for 17 days to allow for drug testing and payments are made on an “on request” basis.
The client accounts department regularly deals with foreign racing authorities in particular Weatherbys, France Galop & Direktorium. Accounts are transferred between the authorities each month ensuring clients’ money is received as quickly as possible.
In 2012 the Client Online System was launched and has recently been integrated into the new Racing Administration System. This allows for 24/7 access to the client account financial information with a range of view and request options. It also allows the client view racing related information.
